Hi, I'm João Miguel Louro, or simply JM to those who know me.

I transitioned into real estate 20 years ago after a ten-year career in media advertising. I’ve always been drawn to the aesthetics of houses and the small details that make an interior unique, but I’ve realized I love the people inside them even more. My goal is always to understand exactly how I can provide value to someone’s journey.

Over the last 20 years, my mission has been to mentor real estate professionals. I believe that while technical foundations are vital, it is emotional intelligence and human connection that are the true "decisive factors" in our profession.

Today, I lead eXp Portugal, managing our growth and operations across the country.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me near the sea, tending to my permaculture projects, or lost in a good book or piece of music. I live by Inma Puig’s philosophy: “My work is to care... It is the best investment one can make.”
